众所周知,英语学科素质教育的内容,主要是让学生通过听、说、读、写、译等方面的语言实践活动去发展英语语言能力。诚然,听说读写这四种技能是相辅相成,不可分割的。然而,写作更能充分体现考生的综合语言能力。纵观几年来的中考,书面表达能较全面地反映考生对语法知识、词汇知识的掌握情况以及遣词造句的能力;同时,也有助于学生个性和创造性的充分发挥,把自己的观念和理念融入于写作中。那么,在英语课堂教学中,如何有效地提高学生的写作能力,发挥创造性的教法,启动科学性的学法,确实是一个至关重要的课题。
