目的掌握龙岩市食物中毒发生的规律。方法对龙岩市2005-2015年发生59起食物中毒资料进行描述性分析。结果 59起食物中毒事件中,暴露6 113人,中毒902人,中毒率为14.76%;死亡6人,中毒死亡率占0.67%。59起食物中毒中,发生起数最多的是第3季度(32起),中毒人数最多的是第3季度(468人),分别占54.24%和51.88%。中毒人数最多的是细菌性和疑似细菌性食物中毒,为538人,占59.65%;发生起数和中毒人数最多的场所是餐饮业,分别是23起和553人,分别占38.98%和61.31%;中毒原因中,不明原因中毒人数最多,为369人,占40.91%;造成食用者死亡的主要原因是误食有毒植物和化学性物质。结论龙岩市食物中毒主要集中在第三季度、发生在餐饮业,有毒植物性食物和化学性物质是食物中毒引起死亡病例的主要原因。
Objective To grasp the law of food poisoning in Longyan City. Methods Descriptive analysis of 59 food poisoning data from 2005 to 2015 in Longyan City was conducted. Results Among 59 food poisoning incidents, 6,113 people were exposed and 902 were poisoned with a poisoning rate of 14.76%. Six people were killed and the poisoning death rate was 0.67%. Among the 59 food poisoning cases, the most frequent occurrences were in the third quarter (32 cases) and the third quarter (468 cases) with the highest number of poisonings, accounting for 54.24% and 51.88% respectively. The number of most cases of poisoning was bacterial and suspected bacterial food poisoning, accounting for 538 persons, accounting for 59.65%. The number of occurrences and the highest number of poisoning occurred in the catering industry were 23 and 553, accounting for 38.98% and 61.31% respectively. ; Poisoning causes, the largest number of unexplained poisoning, 369 people, accounting for 40.91%; resulting in the main cause of death of food users are eating poisonous plants and chemical substances. Conclusion Food poisoning in Longyan City mainly occurred in the third quarter, which occurred in the catering industry. Poisonous botanical foods and chemical substances were the main causes of death from food poisoning.
