甘薯原产南美,具有耐瘠薄、干旱、适应性广、栽培容易、产量高等特点。自从十六世纪传入我国以来,种植范围几乎遍及全国。长期以来,我国对甘薯的利用,主要是作为粮食作物。
供试材料为52份冬小麦品种。以其中7份先行干种子30KRγ射线照射处理,然后从M_1成株中取未成熟胚进行离体培养,M_1的平均出愈率比对照提高40%,分化率保持不动,分化历期延长10
