目的:研究贻贝多活素对大鼠微循环障碍的影响。方法:贻贝多活素1.2,3,6g·kg-1,po,qd,连续给药28d,末次给药30min后大白鼠舌静脉注射新鲜羊水1ml·kg-1造成微循环障碍模型,采用微循环测量系统监测。结果:实验结果表明贻贝多活素各剂量组可使大白鼠肠系膜微循环血流量增加、血流速度加快以及血流状态、血液颜色、血管壁清晰度明显改善(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:以上结果提示贻贝多活素有改善微循环的作用,作用强度与三七皂甙(PNS)相似。
Objective: To study the effect of mussel activin on microcirculatory disturbance in rats. METHODS: The mussels were given 1.2, 3, 6 g·kg-1, po, qd for 28 days. After 30 min of the last administration, rats were given tongue venous injection of fresh amniotic fluid 1 ml·kg-1 to cause a microcirculatory disturbance model. Microcirculation measurement system monitoring. RESULTS: The experimental results showed that the blood circulation of the mesenteric microcirculation, blood flow velocity, blood flow state, blood color, and vascular wall arterial density were significantly improved in each dose group of mussel active dose (P<0.05, 0. 01). Conclusions: The above results suggest that mussel active factors have the effect of improving microcirculation and the strength of action is similar to that of panaxacin (PNS).
