试验旨在研究组合板的剪切黏结破坏和分析欧洲规范在组合板纵向剪切强度方面的要求,分析m-k和部分剪切连接件的方法。考虑了超过3种不同厚度的两类压型板,且试验参数必须满足欧洲规范的一些需求,而这些要求使得试验结果编于保守。目前的研究多是关于这些条件对于所估算的纵向剪切承载能力的影响,得出的结果也能更好地研究组合板的剪切黏结性能。而本研究将在不同试验要求下对30个组合板进行试验,对之前的循环荷载和裂纹诱因在纵向剪切强度上的影响进行了评估。此外,对不同钢板厚度的组合板进行抗弯试验。因此,试验也分析了钢板厚度对基础欧洲规范4所估算出的纵向剪切强度的影响。根据试验结果,讨论应用于这些组合板的试验要求的适用性。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the shear bond failure of the composite panels and to analyze the requirements of the European Code for the longitudinal shear strength of the composite panels and to analyze the m-k and partial shear connectors. Two types of profiled plates of more than three different thicknesses were considered and the test parameters must meet some of the requirements of the European norm and these requirements made the test results conservative. The current researches mostly focus on the influence of these conditions on the estimated longitudinal shear capacity. The results obtained can also better study the shear bond behavior of the composite board. In this study, 30 composite panels were tested under different test requirements. The effects of cyclic load and crack initiation on longitudinal shear strength were evaluated. In addition, the composite plate with different plate thickness for bending test. Therefore, the test also analyzed the influence of the thickness of the steel sheet on the longitudinal shear strength estimated from the basic European Specification 4. Based on the test results, the applicability of the test requirements applied to these panels was discussed.
