生产电气控制柜等产品中的机械零部件,常常需要在板料、角钢上加工宽度在30mm以下,长度不等的各种尺寸的长圆孔。如果用铣削加工,速度慢、成本高;如果对每一种尺寸的长圆孔都设计一副专用模具来冲孔,则模具的设计制造周期长,模具利用率低,且拆卸、安装不便,对于中小批量生产很不经济。为解决这一矛盾,我们应用成组技术的原理,设计了一种可冲系列长圆孔的成组冲模,其结构见附图。
Production of electrical control cabinet and other products in the mechanical parts and components, often need to sheet, angle processing width of 30mm below the length of the various sizes of oblong holes. If using milling, the speed is slow and the cost is high. If a special mold is designed for each type of long hole to punch, the mold design and manufacture cycle is long, the mold utilization is low, and the disassembly and installation are inconvenient. Small and medium batch production is not economical. In order to solve this contradiction, we apply the principle of group technology to design a group of punches that can punch a series of oblong holes, the structure of which is shown in the attached drawings.
