近年来,抗人 T 淋巴细胞单克隆抗体 OKT 系列在自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等研究中广泛应用。国外已应用于日本血吸虫病等蠕虫感染,证实了 T 淋巴细胞亚群数目和功能紊乱在这些疾病中的作用。但迄今尚未见到 T 淋巴细胞及其亚群变化与脑囊虫病关系的报道。我们应用单克隆抗体 OKT 系列,用直接 SPA 菌花环法对其外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群进行测定,以探讨脑囊虫病的免疫调节机制及其发病机理。
In recent years, anti-human T lymphocyte monoclonal antibody OKT series widely used in the study of autoimmune diseases, tumors. Abroad has been applied to worm infections such as schistosomiasis japonica, confirming the role of T lymphocyte subsets and dysfunction in these diseases. However, no reports have yet been found on the relationship between T lymphocytes and their subgroups and cysticercosis. We use the monoclonal antibody OKT series, using direct SPA garland method of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were determined to explore the mechanism of immunosuppression and pathogenesis of cerebral cysticercosis.
