本试验探讨了用甘蔗腋芽静态培养技术,快繁甘蔗良种,并在生产上大面积推广应用等问题。结果表明:1,腋芽液态静止培养技术,不经过脱分化过程,避免了2,4—D作用引起的变异;2.MET在1.5—3.0%的水平下对根的诱导有较好的促进作用;3.采用泡沫塑料种植盆种植,使二级苗成活率以及大田移栽成活率均可达到95%以上;4.甘蔗腋芽液培快繁技术为甘蔗良种繁育开创了一条新途径,展现了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
This experiment explored the use of sugarcane axillary bud static culture technology, rapid propagation of sugarcane varieties, and large-scale production in the promotion and application of other issues. The results showed that: 1, Axillary bud liquid static culture technology, without dedifferentiation process, to avoid the 2,4-D effect caused by variation; MET in the 1.5-3.0% level on the root induction has a better role in promoting; 3. The use of foam planted pot planting, so that the survival rate of secondary seedlings and transplanting survival rate can reach more than 95%; 4. Sugarcane axillary bud liquid culture and rapid propagation technology for sugarcane breeding opened up a new way to show a better economic and social benefits.
