报告了6只新西兰白兔灌服地高辛前后对稳态时氨茶碱药代动力学的影响。实验分3期:Ⅰ期为第1~4天单独灌服氨茶碱至稳态;Ⅱ期为第5~11天单用地高辛,第12~15天合用地高辛与氨茶碱;Ⅲ期于第16~22天同停用氨茶碱与地高辛,第23~26天单用氨茶碱。各期测得氨茶碱药代动力学参数,经统计学处理,与Ⅰ期比较Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的AUC、CL/Fs有显著性差异(P<0.05),Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期比较则无显著性差异,而Tα1/2、Tβ1/2、Tmax、Cmax各期之间差异均无显著性。
The effect of aminophylline pharmacokinetics on aminophylline in six New Zealand white rabbits fed with digoxin was reported. The experiment was divided into 3 phases: Phase I was given aminophylline alone to the steady state on the 1st to 4th days; Phase II was digoxin on the 5th to 11th day; digoxin and aminophylline were used on the 12th to 15th days; Phase Ⅲ in the first 16 to 22 days with the use of aminophylline and digoxin, the first 23 to 26 days aminophylline alone. The pharmacokinetic parameters of aminophylline in each phase were statistically analyzed. There was significant difference (P <0.05) between the AUC and CL / Fs of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ compared with that of stage Ⅰ, and between stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ There was no significant difference, but there was no significant difference between Tα1 / 2, Tβ1 / 2, Tmax and Cmax.
