耳廓外露于头颅两侧,易受外伤.作者近年来收治72例耳廓外伤,收到满意效果.本组72例中,男42例,女30例,年龄17～61岁,耳廓大部分撕裂、切割伤32例,耳廓小部分撕裂、切割伤39例,耳廓断离1例,身体其他部位合并伤8例.1.治疗原则 详细检查伤耳情况,彻底清创,用庆大霉素溶液冲洗伤缘或浸泡断耳,用细铬肠线缝合软骨膜,细丝线缝合皮下组织和皮肤.术后严密观察,足量的抗生素防治感染.2.结果 69例术后6天拆线,伤口甲级愈合,3例伤口延期愈合,其中2例耳廓部分缺损,经二期手术修复后外观正常.
