故障现象:正常加电后,面板上的各个键指示异常且不受控(其中的走纸启动、心电检测和停止、灵敏度1/2、1、2及信道CH1、CH2、CH3等被点亮。分析检测:从面板上的键大面积的失控及其显示内容互相矛盾这一特征看,此故障不会出在某项单一执行电路上,它肯定发生在影响全局的系统控制或电源部分。基于上述认识,根据它们的依从关系决定先查电源。从电源板的输出插口CNJ101上侧+12V(供电模拟部分)和+5V(供电数字部分),结果是这两路电源的输出都正确。再查系统控制部分,从原理上看,装于控制/加热器板UT—2103上的微处理器及其外围和支持电路担负此项工作,其中主要的芯片为CPU IC_(101)
Symptom: After normal power-on, each key on the panel indicates abnormality and is not controlled (paper feed start, ECG detection and stop, sensitivity 1/2, 1, 2 and channel CH1, CH2, CH3, etc. are clicked. On the analysis and detection: from the feature that the large area of the keys on the panel is out of control and the contents of the display are contradictory, this fault will not appear on a single execution circuit, it must occur in the system control or power section that affects the overall situation. Based on the above understanding, according to their compliance, they decided to check the power supply first. From the upper side of the power board’s output jack CNJ101 +12V (power supply simulation part) and +5V (power supply digital part), the output of these two power supplies is correct. Looking at the system control part again, in principle, the microprocessor mounted on the control/heater board UT-2103 and its peripherals and supporting circuits are responsible for this work. The main chip is the CPU IC_(101).
