随着经济体制改革的进步深入，经济的良性运转越来越需要与之相对应的市场秩序。本文对市场秩序的内涵从理论上作了界定和阐释，提出既必须以市场自发竞争机制为基础，又必须有国家的干预调控，并建立与市场机制相适应的法律、规范等。文章在此基础上引发出三点启示，即在建立适应社会主义市场经济需要的市场秩序时，要注意规范政府行为；培育市场主体的法律意识和法治观念；注意“路径依赖”问题。
With the deepening of the reform of the economic system, the healthy functioning of the economy needs more and more corresponding market order. This paper defines and explains the connotation of market order in theory. It proposes that we must base ourselves on the mechanism of market spontaneous competition, regulate the intervention of the state, and establish laws and norms that are compatible with the market mechanism. On the basis of this, the article elicits three enlightenments. That is, we should pay attention to standardizing government behavior when establishing a market order that meets the needs of a socialist market economy. We should cultivate the legal awareness of the market players and the concept of the rule of law. We should pay attention to the issue of “path dependence.”
