目的:探讨完善妇产科流程管理在减少医疗缺陷发生率中的作用。方法:研究时间为2013年1月~2015年1月之间,目标选取为奉化市溪口医院妇产科病区,自2014年1月开始实施妇产科流程管理模式改进,通过流程管理,统计以往工作缺陷、建立和完善新流程、做好流程评估与实施、做好流程监督与改进等方案,实现妇产科流程管理的完善工作,以期达到减少临床医疗缺陷发生率的目的,对比管理流程完善前后的医疗缺陷发生率患者满意度及医护人员行为改善情况。结果:在实施妇产科流程管理后,妇产科医疗缺陷发生率从实施前的5.8%降为了0.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者满意度从实施前的92.4%提高到了实施后的98.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);完善妇产科流程管理后规范了医护人员的医护行为,提高了医护人员的整体素养。结论:完善妇产科流程管理有利于整体医疗质量的改进,能够减少妇产科病区医疗缺陷的发生率,提高患者的满意度,改善医护人员的服务意识及服务质量。
Objective: To explore the role of obstetrics and gynecology process management in reducing the incidence of medical defects. Methods: The study period was from January 2013 to January 2015. The target was selected as the obstetrics and gynecology ward of Xikou Hospital of Fenghua City. Since January 2014, the improvement of obstetrics and gynecology process management mode has been implemented. Through the process management, Statistics of past work deficiencies, the establishment and improvement of new processes, assessment and implementation of the process to do a good job monitoring and improvement of the program to achieve the obstetrics and gynecology process management to improve the work, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of clinical medical defects, comparative management Patient Satisfaction and Medical Staff Behavior Improvement before and after Process Improvement. Results: The incidence of obstetrics and gynecology medical defects was reduced from 5.8% to 0.9% before implementation in obstetrics and gynecology department, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); patient satisfaction increased from 92.4% before implementation After the implementation of 98.9%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); improve the obstetrics and gynecology process management standardize the health care workers behavior, improve the overall quality of health care workers. Conclusion: Improving obstetrics and gynecology process management is beneficial to the improvement of overall medical quality, reducing the incidence of medical defects in obstetrics and gynecology wards, improving patient satisfaction and improving service awareness and quality of service.
