随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对米、面等饮食越来越讲究精致,却导致了肥胖症、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等“文明病”、“富贵病”的出现。新版《中国居民膳食指南》指出,要达到平衡膳食,促进健康,就要遵从“食物多样,谷类为主”的原则。五谷杂粮是最好的基础食物,也是最便宜的能量来源。成年人每天摄入250—400克谷物,就有利于预防相关慢性病的发生。所以,虽然生活水平提高了,我们的饮食仍应坚持以粮食为主,使传统的“养助益充”的食物结构更趋合理。
With the continuous development of social economy, people pay more and more attentions to the diet such as rice and noodles, which lead to the appearance of “civilized disease”, “rich disease” such as obesity, hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes. The new “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents” pointed out that in order to achieve a balanced diet and promote health, the principle of “diversified foods and cereals” should be adhered to. Whole grains are the best basic food and the cheapest energy source. Adults eat 250-400 grams of cereals per day, it will help prevent the occurrence of related chronic diseases. Therefore, although the standard of living has been raised, our diet should still adhere to the principle of using food to make the traditional food structure more reasonable.
