眼部气枪铅弹伤多构成眶内异物,除可发生感染外,主要是造成眶内组织包括眼球及眶内重要血管神经损伤,铅弹多由眼睑或结膜穿入眶内,也可直接穿入眼球或贯穿后进入眶内,由于铅弹体积大,质量重,速度快故对眼组织损害严重,现将四年来遇到的35例35眼气枪铅弹伤分析报告如下。病例情况简介1.35例中男29例、女6例,<9岁者5例、>30岁者2例其余皆分布于10～30岁间。右眼18,左眼17。2.受伤月份:1月:(4),2月(5),3月(4),4月(4),5月(8)
