教师要更新教学理念,紧扣素质教育教学的脉搏,在数学教学中要面向全体学生,引导学生学习有价值的数学,让不同思维层次的学生得到不同的发展。教师要把握学生的情感爱好、能力素质、努力程度,洞悉学生的感知能力与数学学情,改进传统“同一要求、统一内容,同一教法、统一进程”的教学方法,尊重学生个性差异、感知差异,按需而导,因材施教,让不同的学生在数学上得到不同的发展,促进全体学生共同发展,全面提高。
Teachers should update their teaching philosophy and closely follow the pulse of quality education and teaching. They should aim at all students in mathematics teaching and guide students to learn valuable mathematics so that students of different thinking levels can get different development.
