研究提高突变率和扩大变异谱,对提高花生辐射育种效果是极为重要的,国内外对此项工作已做了不少的研究。当前比较普遍肯定的是用γ射线2—3万伦琴照射花生干种子效果较好,但干种子照射后不同贮藏时间对其突变效应的影响如何?报导尚少,为此,我们用钴60γ射线作了这方面的研究,探讨其诱变效果,以求筛选出较优的照射处理。
