齿轮珩磨工艺是齿轮精加工的一种方法,一般都是采用齿轮状珩磨轮的珩齿法。我厂通过大量的工艺试验和多年的生产实践证明,采用蜗杆状珩磨轮的珩齿新方法(简称蜗杆式珩齿法),比齿轮状珩磨轮的珩齿法具有下列优点: (1)珩磨后的齿轮精度可以提高1~2级,能部份代替7~8级精度(JB170-83,本文中齿轮精度都按此标准)淬硬齿轮的磨齿加工; (2)可以省去剃齿加工,改革传统的“滚-剃-熟-珩”工艺为“滚-热-珩”工艺;
