普通混凝土路面由于存在横向接缝易发生挤碎、拱起、错台、唧泥等病害,从而影响路面的行驶质量,难以满足高等级公路长期的使用要求。目前减少路面接缝的主要途径是修筑预应力混凝土路面。本文所提的是斜向预应力混凝土路面,主要针对陕北地质条件,两桥梁之间路基短从而铺筑沥青斜向预应力混凝土。本文主要阐述斜向预应力的概念,并对其施工工序进行研究,各道工序必须充分满足设计要求,否则会出现不必要的裂缝病害。
Ordinary concrete pavement is prone to crushing, arching, dislocation, mud and other diseases due to the presence of transverse seams, which will affect the driving quality of the pavement and make it difficult to meet the long-term use requirements of high-grade highways. At present, the main way to reduce the pavement joints is to construct prestressed concrete pavement. In this paper, the inclined prestressed concrete pavement, mainly for the geological conditions in northern Shaanxi, the two bridges between the short subgrade so as to pave the asphalt prestressed concrete. This paper mainly expounds the concept of oblique prestress, and studies its construction process, and each process must fully meet the design requirements, or else there will be unnecessary cracks.
