国网青海省电力公司(以下简称公司)于2012年建成营销短信平台系统,随着公司营销短信业务的扩展,公司营销短信平台的短信处理能力已达瓶颈,短信发送过程中出现延迟、堵塞现象,不能满足当前业务发展的需求。针对此现状,对营销短信平台优化提升方案进行论述。通过对营销短信平台通道接入方式、短信分流调度机制、短信收发引擎等方面的优化,解决短信服务瓶颈问题,提升短信服务效率,同时使营销短信平台更加科学、合理化。

Through the optimization of channel access mode, SMS distribution dispatching mechanism and SMS receiving and dispatching engine of Marketing SMS platform, the bottleneck problem of SMS service can be solved and the efficiency of short message service can be improved. At the same time, the marketing SMS platform can be made more scientific and rational.
