高速加工技术在以下几个方面会得到更快的发展: 1、扩大材料的加工范围,从铝合金加工扩大到钢材的高速加工,解决钢材高速加工存在的技术难点。 2、用干式切削替代湿式切削。解决高速加工使用大量冷却液造成对自然环境的污染问题,进一步研究开发适用于干式切削的新型刀具材料,研究开发干式切削加工中心。
