介绍了最新的用于高炉煤粉喷吹(PCI)的非线性动态模型。开发了一个针对当前最新PCI喷吹站的新的模拟方法。模型考虑了所有的物理动力学定律以及与数字控制系统(DCS)相联的气动传输变量。模型在同样的用于工业级设备控制的DCS中实时运行。验证采用了专为检验模型设计的最新质量流量计,此设备新引入的检验变量展示了基于动态模型的热量、压力曲线和颗粒速率模型的功能。凭借一个现代控制策略,模型主要用于提高煤粉流量控制的稳定性,同时防止低速高固气比条件下喷枪的阻塞。
The latest non-linear dynamic model for blast furnace pulverized coal injection (PCI) is presented. Developed a new simulation method for the latest PCI injection station. The model takes into account all the laws of physical dynamics and the aerodynamic variables associated with the digital control system (DCS). The model runs in real time in the same DCS used for industrial equipment control. The validation uses the latest mass flowmeters designed specifically for inspection models. The newly introduced inspection variables demonstrate the capabilities of the model based on heat, pressure and particle velocity models. With a modern control strategy, the model is mainly used to increase the stability of the pulverized coal flow control while preventing the blockage of the gun at conditions of low speed and high solid to air ratio.
