我厂生产的电磁阀推杆原用普通车床加工,效率低,且材料利用率很低,尤其是对直流电磁阀用推杆,其材料为18CrNiV不锈钢棒料时,既使材料消耗太大,且工效低,质量差。现改用拉压加工,现我厂建成的冷拉压生产线上生产比过去提高了工效10倍,节约了原材料,这是一种少无切削的工艺,现简介如下:冷拉压生产线包括以下几个工序:1.冷拉:将60Si2Mn或不锈钢棒料经有关处理后在自制的5米水泥座土拉床加上拉丝模(图1)拉成φ5~(±0(?).5)。2.剪切:在普通冲床上装上如图2所示的剪切模将棒料剪断至所需长度L(L可由调节螺钉8调整)。
