目的对离子色谱法同时测定水样中F-、Cl-、SO42-、NO3-结果不确定度进行评估。方法实验采用单点校正方法。参考《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,对实验过程中可能产生不确定度的来源进行分析并量化。结果当水样中F-、Cl-、SO42-、NO3-的浓度分别在2.54、5.73、14.98、3.60mg/L时,各自的扩展不确定度分别为±0.048、±0.082、±0.220、±0.040mg/L。结论所用方法能够满足同时测定水样中F-、Cl-、SO42-、NO3-的测量要求。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty of simultaneous determination of F-, Cl-, SO42- and NO3- in water samples by ion chromatography. Methods The experiment used single point calibration method. Refer to “Guidance on Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis” to analyze and quantify sources of possible uncertainty during the experiment. Results When the concentrations of F-, Cl-, SO42- and NO3- in water samples were 2.54, 5.73, 14.98 and 3.60 mg / L respectively, their respective expanded uncertainties were ± 0.048, ± 0.082, ± 0.220, ± 0.040 mg / L. Conclusion The method can satisfy the simultaneous determination of F-, Cl-, SO42- and NO3- in water samples.
