慢性细菌性前列腺炎为成人男性最常见的一种泌尿生殖系感染性疾病.其症状顽固,处理极为棘手,尽管有多种治疗方法,然效果均不令人满意.我院自1989年起,对21例经细菌学定位检查及培养所确定的慢性细菌性前列腺炎,采用敏感药物前列腺内直接注射治疗,取得较满意效果.报告如下.1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 年龄22～58岁,平均34岁.病程6个月～15年.均曾在外院接受二种方法以上治疗,包括全身给药使用抗生素、理疗、直肠离子透入、输精管穿刺注射药物及经尿道注药治疗等.1.2 临床表现 本组病人症状显著,病史典型.如腰骶部酸痛、会阴部及肛周疼痛不适.尿频、尿急、排尿不尽感、尿道内灼热感、大便后或排尿终未时有白色分泌物溢出、睡眠不佳、头晕、多梦等.不育症3例.
