我们应用二维多普勒超声心动图对35例慢性肾衰患者的心脏瓣膜返流进行观察,其中男性22例,女性13例,年龄20~74(平均47)岁,并设正常对照组40例。仪器使用日本东芝SSH—60A二维多普勒超声诊断仪,探头频率2.5MH_2,取平卧或左侧卧位于胸骨左缘心脏各切面检测心内结构,运用脉冲和连续多普勒超声技术检测各瓣口的血流频谱,测定瓣膜返流有关的多项血流频谱参数,用半定量方法估测瓣膜返流的程度。结果:正常组与肾衰组的二尖瓣和主动脉瓣返流
