面对经济社会转型发展的新常态,国有企业基层工会作为职工群众合法权益的代表者和维护者,如何突出群众属性,强化维护职能,实现“建管”同步,值得思考、探索和实践。通过创新“四家四型”工会建设活动,活化“三个不等于”、“群众工作三原则”、“四个关注”、“六个维度”等方式载体,不断丰富建家工作内涵,同步扩展工会工作领域,打造着活力工会,建设着魅力政工,促进了企业与职工共建共赢共同发展。
In the face of the new normal of the economic and social transformation and development, how the grass-roots labor unions of state-owned enterprises, as the representatives and defenders of the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and the masses, should highlight the masses’ attributes, strengthen their functions and realize the synchronization of “building management”, worth thinking, exploring and practicing .
