利用液态浸渗技术制备了Al_2O_3/Zn合金复合材料。研究结果表明,在低压下使液态金属浸渗Preform制备金属基复合材料是可行的,浸渗压力低于10MPa;在浸渗过程中,液态金属的温度对浸渗压力有较大影响。所制备的复合材料具有均匀的显微组织,纤维与基体中的活性元素的相互作用有利于Zn合金的共晶组织生核和长大。
Al_2O_3 / Zn alloy composites were prepared by liquid infiltration technique. The results show that it is feasible to impregnate Preform with liquid metal at low pressure to prepare metal matrix composites with infiltration pressure less than 10MPa. The temperature of liquid metal has a significant effect on infiltration pressure during infiltration. The prepared composite material has a uniform microstructure. The interaction between the fibers and the active elements in the matrix facilitates the nucleation and growth of the eutectic structure of the Zn alloy.
