胞壁酰二肽（ＭＤＰ）是分枝杆菌细胞壁中最小免疫活性单位。ＭＤＰ及其衍生物能增强机体的免疫功能，具有非特异性抗感染抗肿瘤作用。本文着重介绍了ＭＤＰ类物质在抗肿瘤方面的进展。
Muramyl dipeptide (MDP) is the smallest immunocompetent unit in the cell wall of mycobacteria. MDP and its derivatives can enhance the body’s immune function, with non-specific anti-infective anti-tumor effect. This article highlights the progress of anti-tumor MDPs.
