侵袭性真菌感染是ICU患者院内感染的主要原因,临床死亡率极高,早诊断、早治疗是提高预后的关键。随着实验室检测技术的不断更新,侵袭性真菌感染早期诊断率逐渐增高。现在,临床对于侵袭性真菌感染提出了分级治疗策略。本文就ICU患者侵袭性真菌感染的诊断和治疗研究进展情况进行综合论述。 Invasive fungal infection is the main cause of nosocomial infection in ICU patients. The clinical mortality rate is extremely high. Early diagnosis and early treatment are the keys to improve prognosis. With the continuous updating of laboratory testing techniques, the early diagnosis of invasive fungal infection gradually increased. Clinically, there is now a staging strategy for aggressive fungal infections. This article reviews the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive fungal infections in ICU patients.
