目的:研究以酒石酸-碳酸钠混合液为介质的测定水体中总硬度的EDTA滴定分析法。方法:首先向50.00 ml待检水样中加入1.5 ml酒石酸钾-碳酸钠混合液[ρ(C4O6H4KNa)=100 g/L∪ρ(Na2CO3)=50 g/L],然后再以EDTA络合法测定出水样中总硬度的含量。结果:相对标准偏差在0.12%~1.10%,回收率为:95%~103%。本法适宜测定总硬度小于710 mg/L的水样。结论:以酒石酸-碳酸钠混合液为介质的EDTA滴定法测定水样中总硬度的含量,无氨产生,操作安全,不污染环境,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To study EDTA titration assay for determination of total hardness in water with tartaric acid-sodium carbonate mixture as medium. Method: First, add 50 ml of potassium tartrate and sodium carbonate mixture [ρ (C4O6H4KNa) = 100 g / L ∪ρ (Na2CO3) = 50 g / L] to 50.00 ml water to be tested, Determination of water sample total hardness content. Results: The relative standard deviations ranged from 0.12% to 1.10%. The recoveries were 95% -103%. This method is suitable for the determination of water samples with a total hardness of less than 710 mg / L. Conclusion: EDTA titration method with tartaric acid-sodium carbonate solution as the medium can determine the total hardness in water samples without ammonia, which makes the operation safe and does not pollute the environment. The result is accurate and reliable.
