一、高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题(一)教师学历层次总体偏低从2007年4月份开展的对江苏、辽宁、湖南、山西和四川五省40所高等专科学校、高等职业学校、成人高校、本科举办的二级职业技术学院和民办大学的师资调研的结论分析,比较发达的江苏省高职高专的教师队伍中,取得博士学位的教师比例为1.27%,取得硕士学位教师比例为8.14%。五省教师中具有硕士研究生以上学历的平均比例为7.13%。调查还显示,在这些省份的高职教师队伍中,具有正高级职务的教师极少,专业带头人更是奇缺。
