目的:探讨中药注射液“喘可治”改善猴免疫缺陷病毒(SIV)感染的淋巴组织纤维化的作用机制及治疗价值。方法:将12只SIV感染的中国恒河猴随机分为2组,分别给予喘可治和生理盐水,持续给药2个月,定期采集血样和淋巴结,通过免疫组化、流式等技术检测相关指标变化。结果:喘可治可保护和重建感染SIV猴的淋巴结滤泡和T细胞区,使胶原沉积减少,网状组织结构增加并趋于有序,且此变化与TGF-β通路相关。结论:“喘可治”可重建淋巴组织网状结构,据此有望研发出靶向于免疫重建的新治疗方案。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism and therapeutic value of Chinese traditional medicine injection “Chuankezhi” to improve the immunity of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) infected lymphoid tissue fibrosis. Methods: Twelve Chinese Rhesus monkeys infected with SIV were randomly divided into two groups. They were given chuankezhi and saline respectively for 2 months. Blood samples and lymph nodes were collected regularly. Related indicators change. Results: Chuankezhi can protect and reconstruct the lymph node follicular and T cell regions infected with SIV monkeys, reduce collagen deposition, reticulate structure and tend to order, and this change is related to the TGF-β pathway. Conclusion: “Chuankezhi” can reconstruct the reticular network structure of lymphoid tissue, so it is expected to develop a new therapeutic regimen targeting immune reconstitution.
