辐射对光纤传输特性有很大的影响,国外有不少文献发表了光纤辐射响应的实验数据和图线,但对其微观机理的探讨却很少。本文旨在简要地描述光纤损伤机理的基础上,阐述了光纤辐射损伤的两种微观恢复机理——热激复合和隧道复合。
Radiation has a great influence on the transmission characteristics of optical fiber. Many foreign literatures have published experimental data and graph of optical fiber radiation response, but there is very little discussion on its microscopic mechanism. The purpose of this paper is to briefly describe the mechanism of fiber damage and to describe two microscopic recovery mechanisms of fiber radiation damage - heat shock recombination and tunneling.
