遗传多样性是森林植物遗传改良的物质基础,这些产业的发展有赖于不断培育出新的、更高产优质和适应性强的品种。一种新基因的发现和利用常可使相应产业发生新的飞跃。当前生物技术发展很快,有可能为人类提供常规方法不能提供的新作物、新品种、新产品。但是,目前任何高新技术都还不能创造基因,基因只能在生物体之间转移、复制和加以修改。遗传多样性是各种生物技术,包括基因工程、细胞工程、人工诱变、乃至常规育种取之不尽用之不竭的基因来源。以下在分析遗传单一性的危险的基础上,探讨了遗传多样保护的措施与方法。
Genetic diversity is the material basis for the genetic improvement of forest plants, and their development depends on continual breeding of new, higher yielding and adaptable varieties. The discovery and utilization of a new gene can often lead to new leaps in the corresponding industries. With the rapid development of biotechnology, it is possible to provide humans with new crops, new varieties and new products that conventional methods can not provide. However, at present, no high-tech gene can create genes. Genes can only be transferred, copied and modified among organisms. Genetic diversity is an inexhaustible source of genes for a variety of biotechnologies, including genetic engineering, cell engineering, artificial mutagenesis, and even routine breeding. Based on the analysis of the danger of genetic unity, the methods and methods of genetic diversity protection are discussed.
