In 1990, the relevant agencies in the United States released a new “daily dietary standard quantitative” and “healthy body mass index.” This is good news for many fathers. The latest research shows that weight increases with age. For example, if a 6-foot-tall man weighs 190 pounds at the age of 30, he is overweight. But by the age of 45, his weight is 199 pounds and still be healthy. Facts have proved that people are too fat or too thin are not healthy. The fattest and the lean are equally at risk of death, especially for men. But overweight women have longer life expectancy than overweight men. For young people, the fatality rate is lower.
