对含镁0.69%、硅0.63%以及混合稀土0.11%的Al-Mg-Si-RE合金作了固溶一淬火—时效和固溶—淬火—形变—时效两种不同处理,然后对试样作力学性能测量,并制成薄膜进行透射电子显微镜观察。结果表明:淬火后时效前的形变,对该合金强化相的析出起促进作用。这是由于形变产生的位错给针状沉淀相提供了成核的位置,促进了针状沉淀物的成长所致。
Al-Mg-Si-RE alloys containing 0.69% magnesium, 0.63% silicon and 0.11% rare earth were treated by two different treatments: solution treatment-quenching-aging treatment and solution-quenching-deformation- aging treatment. Mechanical properties were measured and made into thin films for transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the pre-aging deformation after quenching can promote the precipitation of strengthening phases. This is because dislocations generated by deformation provide acicular nucleation sites to the acicular precipitates and promote the growth of acicular precipitates.
