British woman ashes were made into fireworks Annette Maude, a 55-year-old British woman, died of cancer in September 2014. Before her death, she demanded that her ashes should be made into fireworks. At the end of her life she would be “brilliant.” Annette died of fireworks with her husband, Gary. After her death, Gary contacted Venus Star Fireworks in Essex, England, as she wished. Since then the company took two weeks to make 250 special fireworks with Annette’s ashes.
