邻菲罗啉存在下,银对鲁米诺-Na2S2O8体系的后化学发光具有增敏作用,建立了流动注射后化学发光测定银的新方法。在优化实验条件下,该法测定银的线性范围为1.0×10-9~4.0×10-7mol/L,线性相关系数为0.9987(n=7),检出限为3.53×10-10mol/L(n=11),对1.0×10-7mol/L Ag进行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.4%(n=11)。该方法应用于标准矿样中银的测定,结果与标准值吻合。
In the presence of o-phenanthroline, silver has sensitizing effect on chemiluminescence of luminol-Na 2 S 2 O 8 system, and a new method of chemiluminescence determination of silver after flow injection has been established. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of this method was 1.0 × 10-9 ~ 4.0 × 10-7mol / L and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9987 (n = 7). The detection limit was 3.53 × 10-10mol / L (n = 11), the relative standard deviation of 1.0 × 10-7mol / L Ag was 3.4% (n = 11). The method is applied to the determination of silver in standard samples and the results are consistent with the standard values.
