(2017年4月7日)荞麦又称甜荞,是重要的健康食品资源之一,也是我国传统的出口产品之一。其生育期短,耐旱、耐瘠薄,能在很短的生长期内获得较高产量,是重要的粮食作物、经济作物和健康食品资源。全国年种植面积约900万亩,总产70-80万吨,年出口荞麦3-4万吨、荞麦米4-5万吨。荞麦主产区包括山西、内蒙古、云南、陕西、甘肃、宁夏等省(区)。近年来,随着荞麦米、荞麦粉加工业发展,对荞麦需求量增加。为指导各地抓好荞麦生产,助力农业结构调整,现提出2017年荞麦生产技术指导意见。
(April 7, 2017) Buckwheat, also known as sweet buckwheat, is one of the important health food resources and one of China’s traditional export products. Its short growth period, drought tolerance, infertility, can be obtained in a short period of growing high yield, is an important food crops, cash crops and health food resources. The annual planting area of about 9 million mu, with a total output of 70-80 million tons, 3-4 million tons of buckwheat exports, buckwheat 4-5 million tons. Buckwheat main producing areas include Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and other provinces (regions). In recent years, with the buckwheat rice, buckwheat flour processing industry, the demand for buckwheat increased. In order to guide the buckwheat around do a good job, help the agricultural structure adjustment, is now put forward in 2017 buckwheat production technical guidance.
