在怀疑不育症的176例男子中测定了精液、精浆和精子标本中的硒、铷和锌的水平以及精液质量的几种参数。全精液硒的比率随着与精子计数之比从0~41%不断增高而精于增多。精液中铷总量的98±4%和锌总量的95±8%含于精浆中。在精浆中锌和硒、锌和铷的水平之间都呈正相关,表明精浆中锌、硒和铷都主要来源于前列腺。精液质量参数,如精子活动率、存活率、运动速度和形态,都与这三种元素无论在全精液或精浆中的含量无关。由于
Semen, seminal plasma and sperm samples were tested for selenium, rubidium and zinc levels, and several parameters of semen quality in 176 men suspected of infertility.
