某系列机生产以来,在公司内外出现多起正时链轮紧固螺钉松动引起的整机损坏故障,引起车厂及最终用户的强烈抱怨。本文从实际工作出发,结合螺纹防松技术研究,通过对具体故障机的分解、排故及分析,找出了影响凸轮轴正时链轮紧固螺钉松动的影响因素,并制定了有效的控制措施,避免了类似故障的重复发生。 A series of machines since the emergence of more than the company inside and outside the timing sprocket fastening screws loosening caused by the failure of the whole machine, causing the depot and end-user’s strong complaints.
