在小学数学教学活动中,学生数学信息的获得主要是通过他们的“听说读写”来实现的.所以,学生数学“听说读写”的能力如何将直接影响到他们对数学知识与技能、过程与方法、思维与经验的理解、掌握、发展和提升,这种能力的高低在一定程度上也决定了学生数学素养的高低.因此,在平素的数学教学活动中,我们必须求真务实地抓好学生的“听说读写”训练,让他们逐步学会数学倾听、说理、阅读和习作,渐渐地培养和发展他们的数学素养,提升他们的学习效益.
