长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA的统称,参与了染色质修饰、基因表达调控、转录激活、转录干扰、核内运输等多种生物过程,在肿瘤发生和发展中扮演了重要角色。肺癌是一类致死率最高的恶性肿瘤,其发病率也在不断增长,找到预测和治疗肺癌的有效手段是目前极为紧迫的任务。该文对lncRNA在肺癌中的功能机制最新进展进行了综述。
Long non-coding RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA) is more than 200 nucleotides in length of non-coding RNA collectively, involved in chromatin modification, gene expression regulation, transcriptional activation, transcriptional interference, nuclear transport and more Biological processes play an important role in tumorigenesis and development. Lung cancer is one of the most lethal malignant tumors and its incidence is also growing. It is an extremely urgent task to find effective measures to predict and treat lung cancer. This review summarizes recent advances in the functional mechanisms of lncRNA in lung cancer.
