以大豆6个基因型的胚尖和下胚轴为外植体,研究了大豆不同基因型在胚尖、下胚轴两种再生体系中的不定芽诱导率、芽数和芽长情况,并比较了各基因型两种外植体的再生能力。结果表明:大豆不定芽的产生对基因型具有依赖性。在胚尖再生体系中,不定芽诱导率以吉林35较好;芽数以吉林35和合丰35较好;芽长以黑农44较好。在下胚轴再生体系中,不定芽诱导率以淮豆4号、黑农44、淮豆9号和吉林35较好;芽数除黑农40较差外,其他5个基因型相似;芽长以淮豆9号、黑农44和合丰35较好。综合不定芽诱导率、芽数、芽长比较两种外植体的再生能力可知,合丰35适合于胚尖和下胚轴两种再生体系,黑农40较适合于胚尖再生体系,淮豆9号较适合下胚轴再生体系。
The embryo tips and hypocotyls of six genotypes of soybean were used as explants to study the induction rate, bud number and bud length of adventitious buds of two soybean genotypes in embryo and hypocotyl The regeneration ability of two explants of each genotype was compared. The results showed that adventitious buds of soybean were genotype dependent. In the embryo regeneration system, the induction rate of adventitious buds was better in Jilin 35; the buds were better in Jilin 35 and Hefeng 35; and the bud length was better in Heinong 44. In the hypocotyl regeneration system, the induction rate of adventitious buds was better than that of Huai Dou No.4, Heinong 44, Huai Dou No.9 and Jilin 35. The bud number was similar except Heinong 40, and the other five genotypes were similar. To Huaibei 9, Heinong 44 and Hefeng 35 better. According to the regeneration ability of adventitious buds, shoot number and bud length, we can conclude that Hefeng 35 is suitable for two regeneration systems of embryo and hypocotyls, and Heinong 40 is more suitable for embryo regeneration system, Bean No. 9 is more suitable for hypocotyl regeneration system.
