新课程标准指出:“要让不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”也就是说,要转变现有一刀切的数学教学模式,要清楚课堂上的学生都是不一样的,存在着差异性。数学教学的方法就要针对差异性做到因材施教。分层次教学模式应运用生。着重论述了学生层次应如何划分,教学过程层次应如何划分等内容,同时还从课后辅导等多个角度探讨和研究,希望能更好完善对初中数学分层次的教学模式。
The new curriculum standard states: “Let different people get different developments in mathematics.” In other words, to change the existing one-size-fits-all mathematical teaching model, it is necessary to make clear that the students in the classroom are all different and exist difference. The teaching method of mathematics should be based on the differences so that students can teach. Hierarchical teaching mode should be applied students. It mainly discusses how to divide the students’ level and how the teaching process should be divided. At the same time, it discusses and studies from many angles such as after-school tutoring, hoping to improve the teaching mode of junior middle school mathematics at different levels.
