四物汤能显著促进正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞产生集落刺激因子（CSFs）和混合脾淋巴细胞产生CSFS。四物汤也能明显刺激肺条件培养液（LCM）中CSFs的生成。结果提示四物汤对粒系、单核系细胞造血功能的补益作用与其促进CSFs分泌有关。
Siwu Tang can significantly promote the production of colony stimulating factors (CSFs) in lymphocytes of normal mouse spleen and the mixing of splenic lymphocytes to produce CSFS. Siwu decoction can also significantly stimulate the production of CSFs in lung conditioned medium (LCM). The results suggest that the effect of Siwu Tang on hematopoietic function of granulocytic and mononuclear cells is related to its promotion of CSF secretion.
