为了阐明心元的临床疗效和药理作用机制,本研究将从细胞凋亡的角度来探讨心元抗动脉粥样硬化的机制。Gavrieli等建立了核苷酸末端转移酶介导的dUTP缺口翻译法(TdT-mediated dUTP nick end la-belling简称TUNEL法),能在组织切片上标记出单个或多个细胞凋亡。采用该方法能有效的观测血管壁各层组织细胞的凋亡情况。
In order to clarify the clinical efficacy and pharmacological mechanism of the heart, this study will explore the anti-atherosclerotic mechanism of the heart from the perspective of apoptosis. Gavrieli et al. have established a nucleotide telomerase-mediated dUTP nick translation method (TdT-mediated dUTP nick end la-belling, TUNEL method) that can label single or multiple cell apoptosis on tissue sections. The method can effectively observe the apoptosis of the cells in each layer of the blood vessel wall.
