研究了锻造比、锻造温度和锰含量对锻造锰白口铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明:当锰含量为5%~7%,锻造温度低于1040℃,锻造比大于40%时,锻造所引起的机械变形将促进马氏体转变,使合金的硬度提高。超出该Mn含量和锻造温度会使残余奥氏体含量增加,导致硬度下降;冲击韧性随锻造比和Mn含量的增加而提高;高应力磨料磨损的耐磨性也随Mn含量的增加而提高。
The effects of forging ratio, forging temperature and manganese content on the microstructure and properties of forged manganese white iron were studied. The results show that when the manganese content is 5% ~ 7%, the forging temperature is lower than 1040 ℃ and the forging ratio is more than 40%, the mechanical deformation caused by forging will promote the martensitic transformation and the hardness of the alloy increases. Excessive Mn content and forging temperature will increase the residual austenite content, resulting in decreased hardness; impact toughness increases with the increase of forging ratio and Mn content; wear resistance of high stress abrasive wear with the increase of Mn content.
