为了提高教师的素质,培养专业化的教师队伍,国家实行了教师资格认证“全国统考”的新形式,并且逐渐取消了师范院校学生教师资格证的颁发,同样需要参加“全国统一考试”获得教师资格证。而师范院校美术学专业的课程设置与美术教师素质的新标准出现了偏离,因此高校对美术师范生的培养模式急需改革。文章对当前高校师范美术教育的困境与发展的新形势进行分析,以期对高校师范美术教育提供一些建议。 In order to improve the quality of teachers and train specialized teachers, the state has implemented a new form of teacher certification and “national examination” and gradually eliminated the issuance of teachers and teacher certification in normal universities and colleges. It is also necessary to attend the “National Unification Examination ”to obtain a teacher’s certificate. However, the curriculums of fine arts major in normal colleges and universities have deviated from the new standards of fine arts teachers’ quality. Therefore, the training mode of art normal students in colleges and universities is in urgent need of reform. This article analyzes the current situation and the new situation of normal university fine arts education in order to provide some advice to normal university art education.
